How to Apply

KINDLY FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BELOW:

The D.K. Bhave Scholarship is for the students who have got admission for their Master's Degree in Engineering Faculty at ACCREDITED UNIVERSITIES IN America, Canada and United Kingdom/Germany and are proceeding for the same.

Start Date of Online Application: 15/03/2024

Last Date of Online Application Process: 11/05/2024.

If you are a new user of this online system, please register with the system by providing username, password and Email address. After the registration, a registration code will be sent on the Email address provided by you at the time of registration.

All the future communications in respect of the scholarship will be made on the email address provided by you.

Please remember your Username, Password and the Registration Code.

For login, use Username, Password, Registration Code and you will be directed to the online application form.

Keep scan copy of passport size photograph (jpg format and size less than 100 KB).

Fill all the information carefully. Unless you are satisfied with the information provided by you is correct, please do not click on the "Submit" button.

Once you click the "Submit" button, the online application submission process is complete and you will be directed to a page showing your application form generated by the system.

You can not update/edit the information once the form is generated

Documents to be added in a pdf format

While submitting the online application a candidate is supposed to upload a single PDF (Size should be less than 1 MB) to be submitted online while completing the application process. The PDF should contain following documents
  • Duly signed application form (2 Pages).
  • Copy of recommendation letter from Director/Principal of the College
  • Your One/two-page writeup (statement of purpose) with your signature.
  • A copy of the "Confirmed Admission Letter" issued by the concerned University or Institute.
  • the final year mark list of B.E. / B. Tech. (if not available then 7th Semester Mark list)
  • copy of the passport, PAN card and Aadhar card.
  • Copy of permanent address proof (electricity bill/telephone bill)
  • Aadhar card copy of one of the parents
  • Address proof of Parents containing detailed postal address
  • Any other achievement while pursuing the B.E./B.Tech. (Research Papers not be included), Certificates of participations/winner of a Competition etc.
  • I-20 form (if available)
If candidate fails to upload single file containing documents mentioned above properly then in such a case your application will be rejected and not considered for further process.
Important to Note: Hard Copy of application along with the necessary documents is not required to be submitted in person. The selected candidates (after the filter review process) for the final round of Interview will have to bring hard copy at the time of Interview.
